Honestly, we were headed to another restaurant but there was a line out the door and an hour wait. So we came here. The food was amazing. I thought tamales were a weird choice given the theme of the rest of the menu. But they were great! The fried catfish and fried chicken were perfect as well.

We went on a Thursday night before the Predators hockey game. The service was excellent. Whether it was the server, bartender or someone just running food out, every single person asked us if we needed anything before walking away and seemed to truly enjoy working there. The food was incredible. We got the fried pickle spears. So good and could have been a meal alone! We also got fried chicken and crawfish étouffée and it was so yummy! Portions are large so come hungry! I already want to go back and try their other items.

Randomly chosen for dinner while visiting Nashville. I was pretty excited to see jalapeños hush puppies and even more so when they turned out to be DELICIOUS. We ordered fried chicken and desserts. Mud pie for him and banana pudding for me. Everything was delicious I’m sad I couldn’t finish the pudding. So glad we chose to try it!

Cool spot downtown. Great location, vibe, and service. Pretty good chicken tenders too! Got food to go but would definitely come back to hang.

This place did not disappoint at all the food the service the atmosphere did i mention the food the fried chicken was fried and seasoned to perfection the fried pickles baked beans green beans and Mac and cheese delicious.
