We came in with a large work group on a Friday, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate us. Service was incredibly attentive, especially given the size of our group, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. We ended up coming back two days later with a smaller group because we enjoyed it so much. Once again, the service was excellent. Our waitress Megan took great care of us, and Beverlyn (our host both times) was so friendly and welcoming — we even made friends with her by the end of it. Really appreciate how well the staff handled our group, even when we were probably a bit much at times. Great experience all around.

Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer in downtown Nashville is an absolute must-visit! I ordered the Wagyu Truffle Burger and every single bite was incredible — juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere is lively and fun without being overwhelming, and the staff were genuinely warm and attentive.

We had the pleasure of being served by Sophie. She was extremely clear and knowledgeable about the different burgers. Unlike some servers who just offer you advice without reason. Sophie was clear about the pros of ordering certain burgers based on the ingredients. This helped us make great decisions. A great experience. We will definitely come back.

Great location just off Broadway, good atmosphere, clean, friendly staff, Dustin & Chase were really chill dudes. Food was great! Good portions! I always appreciate gluten free options, especially when it comes to burgers!

Our host with the amazing glasses was very welcoming and pleasant. Adam was a great server watching for our cues to order, refill water etc. Amazing food. Best burger I had in a long time. The wagyu award winning burger deserves it's accolades. Would come back again.
