Delicious AYCE sushi! Great quality, hot, sashimi, and rolls, as well as other meat and appetizer options. Very friendly service. There was a wait (worth it!) and they were organized with app-text system to let us know when table was ready - including estimated time. Fresno GEM 💎

Had lunch here today the waiter sat and greeted us quick ! Everyone was nice even the chefs said hello the food came out quick ! We had the sashimi 9 pieces which was great and tasted fresh, also the Snow White roll was 8/10 and the miso soup was great. I would definitely return, I would say the only con was finding parking but that’s everywhere in Downtown Fresno :(

I like to come after work hours when meters are free. There is a good amount of meter parking available since most surrounding businesses are closed after work hours. There are indoor, outdoor and bar seating. Service is always attentive and patient. Staff are knowledgeable of menu and ingredients. Food comes in reasonable amount of time and water is always topped off. Casual, relaxed and authentic atmosphere.

Fresno isn't known for its sushi or seafood, but Umi Sushi really delivers some great tasting food. We came for dinner on a Monday and got seated immediately, got drinks quickly, and when we got our food, it was fantastic. I got a Dragon Roll, a Rainbow Roll, and a couple of nigiri and the rolls were great and quite large (don't order too many) and the Chirashi Bowl had a lot of really tasty sashimi in it. If you're in the mood for sushi, definitely consider Umi Sushi!
