The food was great I'd definitely recommend the patty melt if you visit! The interior was very clean and decorated amazingly. Abraham gave us the best service ive ever received. He took very good care of us, was extremely nice and generous giving us a rundown on the menu as it was our first time visiting, he definitely elevated the entire experience we had here! We will definitely be coming back

The environment was actually quite pleasant, and the food was delicious and very fresh and appetizing. I particularly enjoyed the cleanliness of the place, and the employees were exceptionally friendly and attentive to their customers I would definitely come back here again.

The food was decent, and the prices were reasonable for what you find nowadays in 2025. Had the chili cheese fries, and the phili cheese steak fries, with the m&m twister. The chili cheese fries were better than average compared to a lot of places, although in my opinion the phili cheese steak topping didn't go too well with the fries in my opinion (just the combination taste-wise, the meat and onion/peppers were good). Only one real issue is that the bathroom was pretty dirty and had a stench bad enough to affect the appetite. It's worth coming back to in the area.

My first time coming to the burger shack. It was delicious and flavorful! The buns weren't thick like other burger spots where you get full off mostly the bread. It was just right! Juicy patty with juicy pastrami and very clean inside as well as the bathrooms. The service was outstanding. Very kind people always offering us if we need anything. I will definitely come back again. They really make you feel welcomed.

I come to Fresno for wrestling tournaments. We found this place a while backbecause my son was looking for a good shake and a burger. We went there again last night and as always it was exactly what we wanted. The food is good (approved by 5 hungry high school wrestlers) and the service is fantastic
