My party of eight arrived early and was seated immediately on a Saturday evening right at opening, which was a great start. The staff had excellent communication and provided attentive service throughout our visit. We expected the food to take a while since the restaurant was packed and had a line out the door, but we enjoyed chatting, each other’s company, and the lively atmosphere. The food was amazing especially the Mapo! Everything was worth the wait. For a newly opened restaurant, they’re doing a fantastic job. We also tried their crepe cake for dessert, which was absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend!

To start the staff was extremely helpful and nice, customer service was top. Food was also amazing, enjoyed absolutely everything, my least favorite dish was the cucumber salad, not my favorite but was okay.The restaurant overall was very clean. Definitely would recommend 😉

Newly opened Chinese restaurant in town. Very well decorated and clean. Service was great! Food was very good with some improvements. The sausage fried rice was flavorful but had some under cooked rice in it. Steamed chive and pork dumplings tasted good but the fillings could be more flavorful. XLBs were served hot and made with thin wraps, delicious! The garlic broccoli tasted really good too. I think the restaurant got lots of potential and it’s great for Fresno. Price is a bit high. We were here for lunch and saw how busy it got although there was no wait. If you want to try authentic Chinese food, this is probably the best you can find in town. I do recommend this restaurant and will definitely come back to try other food items!

This was our first time at Dumpling U and the service was spectacular! Our waiter took the time to ask what kinds of flavors and dishes we usually enjoy and made recommendations based on our preferences. Every dish she suggested was amazing and exceeded our expectations. She was very attentive and made our experience even better. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great food and outstanding service!

AMAZING AMAZING 👏 🤩 there food was delicious 😋!! The wait time was a bit long BUT IT WAS WORTH IT! customer service was amazing From Jocelyn she's the best and helped us for our first time visit. You will definitely see us again and those dumplings are sooo good 👍 my daughter doesn't even like dumplings but she sure ate these!
