We came here last night around 8:15pm, they close at 9pm so I’m aware it’s late but we just left a graduation at Saroyan theater and wanted to eat with family before heading home. This late at night this is one of the only nearby places still open. We were informed they had nothing except wings, fingers, and fries no sauce or seasonings for any chicken. Okay? I get it’s late but there’s a whole menu of mac and cheese, chili, everything not available and now I can’t even get anything on my dry chicken or fries. The staff was not friendly and they started mopping floors before we even left. Mopping while we are eating. Mopping Infront of the soda machine, mopping the front door area (we still had to leave?) so the floor was wet when I got up to get a refill and I’m 6 months pregnant. The floor was soaking wet when we walked out the front door. My uncle asked for a bottle of water or cup for water and she girl in the front was rude and said I can charge you 2.47 or whatever for a soda. We all bought food and spent a good amount even though they gave us no options and they were pushing us out the door since we walked in and we got there at 8:15 maybe 8:20 pm. This whole experience was extremely rude I wish I could have my money back I’d never go here again just seeing how the staff treats you when you show up too close to their closing time. Disgusting. My 2 year old was walking around the wet floors as well surprised he didn’t fall

This place exceeded all of our expectations. The kitchen turns out consistently delicious, well-crafted dishes. The staff were attentive without ever being intrusive. Each course was a highlight in its own right. Our server checked in at just the right moments. We can't recommend it highly enough.

The wings I received were all soggy and had no sauce… 🧍🏻‍♀️ The lemon pepper wings were good but just lacked so much…the seasoning was just sprinkled randomly, it didn’t even coat the whole finger. I wasted almost $30 for this🫠

This the best chicken place I have ever had hands down and I eat a lot of chicken tenders😂👏 Under $25 for a big box of chicken, fries, a soda, and Mac and cheese and we easily shared. The portions are generous.😌 Like guys I can’t stress to you enough, I think about how good this chicken was as least once a week. It’s fresh made to order the fries are crispy and have the best batter and the coating on the chicken is crunchy without it being like KFC. Wish they gave you a little bit more sauce on the side but other than that it was fantastic. They are Pepsi lol. Knocked off 2 stars for atmosphere because it was cold in there and the bathrooms are kinda gross. They are downtown bathrooms so what was I expecting 😂 It’s pay to park but we got free parking on Sunday so that was nice. I highly recommend eating here, just wish this place wasn’t downtown.

Food was not hot or atleast warm. By the time I got to my 2nd tender the food was cold. Fries were a lil too salty. They should atleast give one free ranch with your order instead of charging 99 cents. Restroom smelled like urine really bad. Over all the place felt unsanitary and sticky. The seats haven’t been scrubbed since the place opened years ago as they had food gunk in the back crease.
