I had an incredible experience at Eureka!. What stood out to me right away was the people. I had the opportunity to meet the managers, Amy and Ash, and you can tell immediately they care about the experience they’re creating. That energy carries all the way through the place. Alex, my server, was exceptional. Attentive without being overbearing, dialed in, and just genuinely great at what she does. It made everything feel smooth and intentional. The food was on point, quality, flavor, presentation, all of it. And the atmosphere matched it perfectly. I sat outside on the patio, and it was one of those setups where you can actually relax, enjoy your meal, and stay a while without feeling rushed. This is one of those places that gets it right across the board. I’ll definitely be back.

Eureka at the Palm location is good to grab lunch. My favorites are Brussels sprouts, spicy chicken sandwich, double smash burger, and fish tacos. They have a good selection of draft beers and spirits. Service is excellent, and I like the outdoor seating area. Inside is a little packed at times.

Had a very successful lunch meeting at this Eureka and overall it was a great experience. The parking was convenient, clean, and located in a very nice business area, which made meeting there easy and professional. We ordered the Brussel sprouts appetizer and the double smash burger, both were excellent. The beef quality was very good, and I appreciated that neither the burger nor the sprouts were overly greasy. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared. Also loved their lemonade. Great atmosphere, good service, and definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to.

Fantastic restaurant! The ingredients were fresh, and you can really tell they care about quality. Will definitely return.This restaurant truly stands out! The attention to detail in both the food and service is remarkable. Every dish we ordered was delicious and prepared with care. The flavors were bold and authentic, and everything tasted incredibly fresh. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. The overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for high-quality dining.

This was a very good find and also very surprising one, I always wonder why people insist on giving green beans as their veggies side when we have plenty of vegetables but here they cook them the right and delicious way, all the food was great and the service was also great, overall we can see ourselves coming back.
