We had a large group of about 40 people. The food was great. But what made it an excellent experience was our server Erin. She was very attentive, very personable and made sure we didn’t wait for anything. The views are also exceptional. Would definitely recommend this to our friends.

Mother’s Day brunch at Orion’s Roof ended up being a beautiful experience overall. At first, we were seated at a small walled-in two person table that honestly didn’t match the special vibe we were hoping for, especially for Mother’s Day. We really wanted to enjoy the beach views and atmosphere the restaurant is known for. Luckily, after speaking with the staff, they accommodated us and moved us outside with a beach view, and that completely changed the experience for us. Once we were moved, the atmosphere, food, and overall experience became so much more enjoyable and memorable. The food was delicious, the views were beautiful, and we truly enjoyed ourselves in the end. Thankful they worked with us to make our Mother’s Day brunch feel special. 🌊💐

A must visit when in Virginia Beach, restaurant with spectacular views of the Ocean front. Reservation are required if you having dinner. However there is window seating at the bar and for the most it is first come first serve. It is in high demand during the summer season, so plan ahead. Food is good, appetizers, drinks and mocktails are excellent. The views and atmosphere are astonishing!

The Orion at the Marriott in Virginia Beach has one of the most incredible restaurant locations I’ve ever experienced. The uninterrupted ocean views are simply breathtaking. Sitting there and looking out at the Atlantic Ocean gives you a sense of calm and relaxation that’s hard to find anywhere else. The outdoor patio is especially awesome. It’s the perfect place to sit back, enjoy the ocean breeze, and take in the panoramic views. Whether you’re there during the day with sunlight reflecting off the water or in the evening as the atmosphere becomes more relaxed, the setting is absolutely beautiful. We ended up visiting multiple times during our stay, stopping by for both lunch and dinner, and every visit was consistently great. The food was excellent, with well-prepared dishes and good portion sizes. The cocktails were amazing as well — refreshing, well crafted, and perfect for enjoying while looking out at the ocean. The overall vibe is fantastic. It feels lively yet relaxed, making it a great spot whether you want a casual drink, a full meal, or simply a place to unwind. The staff were friendly and attentive, which added to the positive experience. Between the great food, amazing cocktails, and what may be some of the best ocean views you’ll find at a restaurant, Orion Bar and Lounge is truly a must-visit when you’re in Virginia Beach.

My husband and I had been looking forward to visiting Orion’s Roof for their Poké bowl, and as always, it did not disappoint! The flavors were fresh and absolutely delicious. My husband decided to try the steak sandwich with a Caesar salad, and he couldn’t stop raving about how perfectly cooked and flavorful it was. We were especially delighted when we found out our server was VJ. He has served us before, and he is truly our favorite! VJ is attentive, professional, and incredibly welcoming. He makes every visit feel special and elevates the entire dining experience at Orion’s. We enjoyed the perfect day date — amazing food, outstanding service, and an awesome atmosphere. You simply can’t go wrong with great food, great service, and breathtaking views of the beach. We highly recommend Orion’s Roof and can’t wait to come back again!
