We had a great experience for our first visit today! Sora is a gorgeous place. We sat at the bar around 3:30 on a Sunday and it was pretty empty which was expected for the time we came. I started with the mango sticky rice cocktail which (no exaggeration) was the best drink I’ve ever had. I don’t know how to explain it but it’s a must try! We loved all the food we got but I’m going to name everything in the order of what we loved the most to not as much. The crab Rangoon mozz sticks were INCREDIBLE. I would come back here to just get these. We also got the Sora roll which was delicious- highly recommend. We also really liked the spicy tuna crispy rice, the gyoza, and the Ryu roll. The bartender who served us was great and the food came quickly. We will definitely be back!

We just had a great meal. It was our first time at Sora and we were celebrating my birthday. Shaila was so sweet and took great care of us. Their happy hour menu is awesome. Great prices and the food was all delicious. We really loved the gyoza and smash burger. It’s been a while since I have been this happy with a dinner out.

Huge thank you to waitress Alyssa and Chef Eric Hess for giving me such an incredible celebratory meal and experience at Sora 🤍 Alyssa made me feel like family from the second I sat down, and every single dish from Chef Eric and his team was fresh, thoughtful, and absolutely unreal. Truly one of those meals you keep talking about long after you leave. And that octopus… hands down the BEST octopus I’ve ever had. 10/10 across the board. We hosted a Secret Supper dinner at The Madison, and we wanted to highlight the Chef at Sora, and we could not have had a better night! The vibe was unmatched, and we were so incredibly impressed with the food! We love our partners and friends at Sora!

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Paige during my visit to Sora, and she truly made the entire experience unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, her hospitality was next level. She welcomed us with such genuine warmth and positive energy that it immediately set the tone for a wonderful evening. What stood out most was how knowledgeable she was about the menu — not just the dishes themselves, but the flavors, textures, pairings, and even small details that helped us choose exactly what we’d enjoy most. Every recommendation she made was spot on. You can tell she takes pride in what she does and knows the menu inside and out. Beyond that, Paige was incredibly attentive without ever feeling intrusive. She checked on us at the perfect moments, anticipated what we needed before we even asked, and made sure we were comfortable and happy from start to finish. Her sweet personality genuinely made us feel cared for as guests, not just customers passing through. It’s rare to find someone who can balance professionalism, efficiency, and kindness so naturally — but Paige does it effortlessly. She’s the kind of server who elevates the entire dining experience. Sora is already a beautiful restaurant, but having someone like Paige representing them makes it even better. If you’re dining at Sora, ask for Paige. She turned a regular outing into a memorable experience, and I can’t recommend her enough.
