We were standing at the host stand waiting for a while (but we did come around 2 pm). After we sat down our waitress was great. The food is pricey for what it is, but the portion sizes are good. It was very convenient in the hotel lobby though.

Nice place to sit and eat in the Key Tower Marriott or just have a drink. Been here several times and enjoyed all of them. This time we had breakfast which was excellent. Food was nice and hot and tasty. Great service. Staff is friendly and kind. Nice atmosphere with beautiful details.

I recently visited the Marriott Great Room and was disappointed with both the food and service. The crab cake was excessively salty and dry. The Caesar salad was underwhelming with dry, tasteless chicken, and the flatbread was unfortunately inedible due to its staleness and the quality of the meat on it. The service was incredibly slow. We waited 45 minutes for our order in an almost empty restaurant. To add to the frustration, the check was handed to us abruptly, giving us the feeling that they wanted us leave. Pretty disappointing experience overall.

I eat here often and it’s consistently good food and great service. The pulled pork sandwich and the Thai chicken salad are favorites. So flavorful and always delicious. The staff is friendly and personable, always there when you need them, and not when you don’t. They are upbeat and positive which reflects well on the management at Marriott and makes for a pleasant experience for all. Megan always goes above and beyond.

We were staying here and it was raining so we opted for “in building” and was totally amazed. For starters we had the best and most gorgeous hummus platter I have ever had, see the photo. The burger, fries, turkey club and chips were equally as good, but I am still shocked at the hummus platter.
