They give excellent customer service and are very friendly! They even came out to turn on the outdoor fireplace just by noticing someone sitting here. If ever in downtown Cleveland, I would definitely recommend stopping here!

I like this place. It gives good vibes. The guys who work here seem genuinely fun and good dudes you'd want to be friends with. I just got the Sunshine dog and it was just as pretty as the advertisement I saw in Playhouse and it was so good!!! I also recommend the Melt Down.

Absolutely incredible experience! I ordered for a larger size party, and the team was more than accommodating in not only getting all the items ordered, but customized correctly. The customer experience was honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had. The team was incredibly kind, engaged in conversation with myself and my coworker, and even invited us into a warmer area to avoid standing outside in the cold rain. And overall, the food was great. The portion sizes were reasonable, each entree was packed well, and the flavors/menu items were of incredible quality. Will absolutely be back!

Something Good fills a void in what Cleveland’s downtown food scene has been missing for YEARS. Their service is quick and efficient. The food is great quality and tasty. The prices are great ESPECIALLY for being downtown. If you visit, I highly recommend getting one of their hot dogs, the “Good Mac” is my go to. You will NOT be disappointed.

Food is fire 🔥 I was #allin216 with the hot dogs and the chopped burgers 🍔. Then they decided to add wings and now I'm addicted. Billy makes some of the best wings in the city. Everytime I'm down town I make sure to stop in and get 5 wings and fries 🍟 the Carolina gold sauce 😋 on the side to dip my wings and fries in. Awesomeness
