Definitely will come back. Loved the gumbo and spinach oyester . Loved the bread pudding Yummy food, . The flavors of the dish were truly exceptional and thoughtfully combined. Presentation was also a highlight, making each plate a work of art. Service was attentive and friendly, enhancing the overall dining experience. Really enjoyed our lunch at Deanie’s. Michelle took great care of us. Brought potatoes from a seafood boil to our table (instead of bread). I really liked having potatoes instead of bread. Very flavorful! My sister got the oyster po’boy. It was huge, and she said it was delicious. She also had the house salad which was also very good. I had the Bucktown “Blues” Salad which was amazing. We were so full, there was no room for dessert, but we really wanted to try the coconut custard bread pudding. In retrospect, we should have ordered it and took it to go. Next time. Great atmosphere, great service, and great food! Highly recommend Deanie’s if you’re in New Orleans!

Best seafood Restaurant in New Orleans! Started with the Appetizers - The Calamari- crispy, has a flavor to it.. then came the crawfish etouffee! Creamy and delicious! Broiled shrimps at its best topped with the flavor-filled sauces. Last but not the least, Bread pudding was tasty! We had an amazing waiter, very friendly and was able to suggest some good food choices. Wait wasn’t too long, friendly staff and a wholesome experience. Will visit again…

Sabrina was absolutely attentive to us, she shared restaurant favors and told us about the precautions with the red potatoes, which means she’s very detailed oriented. She was patient When we were trying to decide what we wanted to eat, and she was personal with us and we value that being from the south. We are returning customers and will continue to eat here. The three star rating for the atmosphere was projected towards the gentleman that was on the oyster station. He was on his phone headset, and we heard his entire personal conversation.

Friday night around 8:15, the restaurant was lit! Don’t let the crowd waiting deter you because they move it and get you seated within 30 minutes without a reservation. Our server was Ursula. She is the sweetest and funny! Her service was very attentive and organized. I had the seafood gumbo, carrot souffle, and the shrimp pasta dish. Portions were worth the price and everything was delicious. Carrot souffle was NOT on my bingo card but I friend recommended it. It was my favorite item and I scraped the dish clean!
