Incredible from start to finish; if you're looking for healthy, look no further. True Food Kitchen absolutely exceeded my expectations. The food was fresh, flavorful, and left me feeling energized instead of weighed down which is something that's not always easy to find when eating out. You can truly taste the quality and intention behind every dish. I do want to note that there are quite a few menu items that include tree nuts. I have a tree nut allergy, and while that initially gave me pause, the staff handled it extremely well. They were knowledgeable, accommodating, and made sure I felt comfortable and safe with my selections. I had no issues at all and never felt limited in my choices. If you're someone who prioritizes healthy eating but still wants food that actually tastes amazing, this place is a must. Great atmosphere, thoughtful service, and food that delivers on both flavor and wellness. I'll definitely be back.

Let's start off by saying bring a sweater the place is freezing 🥶 cold. It was not alot of people during my visit. I ordered the Korean noodles with grass fed beef. The had taste to it along with the beef, portion size was just enough to get you right. I also ordered the OG non alcoholic refreshing beverage with no suger...awesome. why not ordered the a chocolate chip cookie that was not you typical tasting 😜 I definitely recommend this establishment if your in the area and you care about what goes in your body, this is your spot. Awesome experience overall - great food options especially for vegetarians and with healthy ingredients. Drinks are great as well. We ordered a few side dishes - glass noodles stir fry. Tofu scrambler, margherita pizza, side if vegetables, salad and fries. The blueberry muffins were delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive, the service was timely. I will visit again with friends and family.

The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure everything was just right throughout our visit. The atmosphere is modern, spacious, and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed meal with friends or family. The True Food Kitchen on River North was an excellent restaurant for both food and drinks. I haven’t been here in so long but the spaghetti squash blew me away! Our server Gerard was so helpful and provided us with excellent service! I definitely will be back here soon!
