Absolutely impressed. Every dish came out looking amazing and tasting even better. The burger was juicy with crispy, well-seasoned fries. Everything felt intentional—from the sauces to the presentation. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. Perfect dessert. Warm, soft chocolate chip cookie with a smooth mint ice cream center—simple combo but done perfectly. The balance of flavors and textures is unreal This is the kind of spot where you try one thing and end up wanting the whole menu. Definitely coming back 🔥🍔

I love Doc B’s on Walton Street. It has that perfect upscale sports-bar vibe with a big, crowd-pleasing menu and super consistent food. My forever favorite is the sweet potato chips with guacamole — honestly one of the best combos in the city. This visit, my friend and I both ordered salads (plus, of course, the guac). I got the Mediterranean shrimp salad, which is huge, hearty, and full of big, perfectly cooked shrimp. My friend chose the Quinoa Kitchen Salad with breaded chicken, and the chicken was incredibly fresh — great even on its own. We usually make a reservation for dinner since it gets busy, but earlier in the day you can typically walk right in. Great food, great atmosphere, and located on a fun, trendy block. Doc B’s never misses!

Nice atmosphere - not too loud but casual and welcoming. The food is fantastic. Thank you to our waiter Matias for the excellent recommendations. The Chimichurri wings were to die for, as were the Cherry Old Fashioned’s. The Filet Mignon sandwich was cooked perfectly and was flavorful and super tender and glad we got the jalapeño potato side. Loved the Wok Out bowl too. We will be back.

Delicious place! Took a look at the menu not realizing I was on the menu for River North and then went to the Gold Coast location. The River North location had truffle fries on the menu, the Gold Coast location, sadly, did not. Its okay though, totally my bad for reading the menu for another location. Our server was Charlotte and she was nice, gave suggestions and chatted with us a bit. Delicious place to dine and we would come back. Had the burger with sweet potatoe fries and the salmon wok bowl. Yum!

This was a perfect pic for lunch! I got a great seat with the garage window open and couple people watch and enjoy the weather. My server Kayla was amazing. Great suggestions, patient with me dining alone and great conversation. I ordered a glass of Chardonnay and the shrimp salad. I will be dreaming of this salad for years to come! Keep the shrimp cold (as the chef recommends). It’s perfection. And I WILL be back just for this salad. Thanks Chicago Doc Bs.
