This is a super cool spot with a lot of personality. The interior is filled with Chicago memorabilia and unique 3D food-themed artwork that gives the restaurant a fun and memorable atmosphere. It is the kind of place where you find yourself looking around and noticing something new throughout your visit. The employees were very friendly, efficient, and made the experience even more enjoyable. The pizza came out quickly and tasted fantastic, with fresh ingredients and great flavor in every bite. Between the fun decor, welcoming staff, and delicious food, this place is an easy recommendation. I will definitely be stopping by again the next time I am in the area.

God, I love Chicago. I’m obsessed with the Italian beef. Luke’s Italian beef was delicious in its own right. Thinly shaved beef with spicy giard in a roll Luke’s way. Undeniably good. Staff was kind and helpful. Thanks for telling me to keep the bag right side up. I did not spill a single drop of au jus. Speaking of au jus—this au jus was like a delicious oilier consommé. The oiliness is authentic and feels very homely. That’s how a lot of stewed dishes come out when I cook too. You’d be missing out if you didn’t get au jus, honestly. It’s delicious to sip along side your sandwich on a cold day. Wish i had more—really.

Luke’s Italian Beef is a super cool spot, especially if you’re near Union Station. The inside is decorated with Chicago memorabilia and fun 3D food art, giving it a lively and distinctly local feel. The staff are very nice, efficient, and keep things moving smoothly even when it’s busy. It’s a great quick stop for travelers or anyone in the area looking for a classic Chicago bite. The menu has a nice variety too, including pizza, Chicago-style hot dogs, and their signature Italian beef sandwiches. Everything is fast, flavorful, and convenient. Definitely a solid recommendation if you want an easy, iconic Chicago food experience.

4 stars at Google rating is seriously a joke here. I’d give it a half star if there is an option. Terrible Italian beef combo sandwich, terrible turkey sandwich and bad quality and service. They didn’t ask if I want my Italian beef sandwich dipped or not and just gave me a dipped option where the bread is miserably and complete soggy. Go with other options if you can and avoid this place. What a disappointment for visitors.

Always a stop of mine when I'm near it. Beef is fresh and juicy when you order it dipped. It's exactly what you expect from a beef. The fries are unsung heroes, I feel. They are always fresh, crispy, and get the perfect texture when I eat my beef over them collecting the gravy. I love the interior, although be warned, lunch hour is lunch hour and there are long lines but that's expected.
