Good food. Nice ambience. Great customer service. Great attention to details from the beverage manager/director! I appreciate him coming to check on our table to make sure our drinks were topped up and he noticed that we hadn't had the spring rolls with the lettuce, sprouts & cilantro cause we didn't know we were to wrap it. So, he made sure we had another order of spring rolls, so we could eat it right!!! Memorable dinner experience. From beginning to end, the dining experience at Wild Ginger was just amazing. Our waiter was awesome and attentive, even though the restaurant was super busy and it was a Wednesday night. I guess the busy atmosphere tells that others know that is THE spot to eat too. The food tasted great and cooked to perfection. Even the Spring roll, though fried, was not overly greasy. Shout out to the chef, solid chefs, and the bartenders making our drinks. No complaints at all. We ate every single bit of food that was on the table. This restaurant added to a memorable trip to Seattle.

Had a wonderful experience at Wild Ginger. The food was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented, with a great variety of Asian-inspired dishes. The staff was attentive, welcoming, and made the dining experience very comfortable. The restaurant is also easily accessible, with a convenient downtown location and a comfortable layout for guests. Overall, a great place for both casual dinners and special occasions in Seattle.

I was looking at all sorts of restaurants in the area, and when I saw duck on the menu here, it was settled. Food was all perfectly cooked, great temperature and textures. Like the green beans, suggested to me, they were crunchy and tender, well seasoned and some nice chewy bits of ginger topping. And the duck was crispy, perfectly contrasting with the soft buns and the sweet plum sauce and cilantro. And it ended with a steaming hot towel to wipe your hands!

Wild Ginger was an experience for the senses. A beautiful restaurant with exceptional service, and dishes that delight one’s palate. Every dish was exceptional and oh so flavorful! We dined prior to a concert at Benaroya Hall across the street. We felt welcomed, unrushed (our server asked what time our concert started, so thoughtful), and left satiated and happy ready to enjoy our concert. We started with the Thai spring rolls accompanied by crispy lettuce, fresh sprouts, and fragrant cilantro for wrapping. The sweet hot sauce was perfect for dipping. A light and delicious way to start the meal. For our mains we opted for the Northern Style Pork, and the Seabass Cha Ca. The pork was incredibly tender with bites of shoulder and belly in a delicious sauce made with warming spices or mace, cinnamon, cardamom, and pickled garlic. Exceptional! The Seabass caught my eye because of the galangal. Galangal, to me, is like a marriage of lemon grass and ginger…delicious! The sea bass was wok fried perfectly, and so tender that one almost did not need to chew. The fish was accompanied by herbed rice noodles, and was the perfect accompaniment. Our service was incredible with perfectly timed visits, cleared tables, and food timed just right. We were very pleased, and look forward to our next visit.

We experienced unreasonable hospitality tonight, delivered via David who was so personable, so kind, so educated on the menu and went above and beyond to make our pre-Benaroya night out dinner so charming! We had the lettuce bowls, duck, vegetable pad Thai, hot tea, coffee and Marion Berry ice cream! An exemplary ambassador of Wild Ginger and Seattle hospitality. Thank you, David!
