I had the mapo tofu vegetarian noodles medium spicy and a cucumber salad. Noodles were so fresh, chewy and just the perfect texture! The sauce was light but I started loving it as I ate. The sauce tends to settle on the bottom, so give it a good mix. The cucumber salad was crunchy and added the right balance of freshness and sourness against the heat of the noodles. Service was quick. Enjoyed my meal here!

I ALWAYS include Biang Biang Noodles on my list of Seattle recommendations for friends and family, and I ALWAYS hear back from them that this place is so worthwhile! I brought my great aunts here, and they wouldn't stop talking about how well made the noodles were and how delicious the sauce was. The noodles have the perfect texture and bounce, and the mala sauce has a great mix of spice, beef, and flavor. The sides and drinks are also fabulous! I really enjoy the branding and vibe of the restaurant too. Saying this as a Chinese Southeast Asian, this is seriously one of the best Chinese restaurants on the west coast. If you're planning to have dinner here on a weekend, make a reservation because it can get very busy!!

The noodles are very chewy, flavorful, and you can taste the freshness. I tried the prime rib and it is so juicy and flavorful. My husband enjoyed the mapo tofu noodles, also good flavors. The tigers milk cocktail is a nice blend with Chinese liquor. The salad was good - sauce was good flavors. No wait at around 6:30 on a week day. After that people start to line up.

We were seated and served quickly. The pot stickers were near perfect - crispy, hot, tasty. The house made noodles are enormous and really tasty, great consistency, in a delicious broth. The "spicy" dishes were hot with chili oil that makes your tongue tingle, but no other spicy flavors to round out the spiciness.

The noodle texture was really good—I liked it a lot. However, the flavors were just okay, and the dish was way too oily. The Mala spicy beef dry mix was disappointing. The beef was overcooked and very dry, though the pork rib was actually pretty good. The menu is small, with not much to choose from.
