No smiles. No acknowledgment. No service. We sat directly at the bar and were completely ignored, while the bartender served multiple patrons who arrived after us. Not even a basic “be right with you.” That’s not just poor service it’s dismissive and unacceptable. We came based on a recommendation as an authentic local spot, even overlooking the rough appearance. Unfortunately, the experience confirmed the opposite. What looked uninviting turned out to reflect the level of service as well. If this is how visitors are treated, it raises serious concerns. Disappointing experience overall.

Definitely not my cup of tea. Loud blaring music with cussing. Bartender wasn't rude but not warm. Could have been the time of day I came, which was just for the food. I got take out, it was REALLY good and did enjoy my food when I got home. I'd be willing try it again for the food but maybe different time of day. Parking was awful.....

Good food and good vibes. Great Guinness pour. Not too expensive and hits all the comfort food items as well as some healthier items. Great place to enjoy a game while listening to a DJ. Staff has excellent culture as well. Recommend if you are in midtown Charlotte.

New in town and was craving some tots. So glad we stumbled upon this place. When I arrived, the atmosphere was very lively, and appeared to be many happy people, sharing company with others, and having an all out good time! Would definitely return to spend a bit of time here and in the surrounding area as it did give me a sense that it’s a nice area to hang out around.

Had a quick sandwich. Staff was very friend and knew many of the patrons. People were popping in for a quick drink and to say "hello". There were several screens and the music was up. Lively place if that is what your are seeking.
