Food was fantastic, the chef/owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He loved the feedback and was very engaging and knew his food. I've had like 80% of the menu after 2 visits and everything has been good. My favorites: -Mom's fried rice, very simple but very good and helps balance the very flavorful menu items. -Dragons breathe, just pure bliss, I love love this. This is my stample here. -Gon & Killua ribs, this has to be an order for the table especially with that creamy chimichurri sauce oh man oh man is it superb. The other items are great but these would be my go to if anything I would rotate the main entree around, but that is it.

This has been on our list and I’m glad we finally checked it off. There was a little bit of a wait for our food but it just made us even more excited for it! We got: - Blaze of Rengoku Ramen - 5⭐️ - holy the kick on this was perfect and the broth was amazing. Highly recommend if you can take the heat. - Classic Tonkotsu - 5⭐️ - so very flavorful, the creamy broth was on point and it was heaped with noodles and pork belly. - Dragon’s Breath - 5⭐️ - I’m a sucker for chicken karaage. The crunch on these were great, and the sauce was great! Just wish we had more of the sauce though. That really made a difference for the dish. - Take Out Wings - 4⭐️ - these wings were big and this was a great portion. Flavor was really great upon first bites but it was very forward and didn’t really linger long. Highly recommend, really hearty and soulful food made with care. Will be back to try the other dishes at some point and can’t wait.

10/10 hands down. Food was awesome. The chicken is so crispy and flavorful. The fried rice was seasoned very well. Customer service is top tier. I will definitely be back to try other menu items.

10/10 would recommend! I found each dish packed with flavor. Portion size was perfect- Ramen was FILLED with ingredients and so much flavor 😭 chicken wings were juicy and crispy, squeezing the lemon on the dumplings were such a game changer! Honestly can’t recommend this place enough. Really gave the definition of chefs kiss 👌🏽. Their kitchen is open face so you can see your dish being made, chat with the staff if you’re in a chatting mood. Seating is a little limited if you’re wanting to sit in the shop (which I recommend but finding a seat or 2 wasn’t difficult at all) otherwise there are more open tables in ESC. The chef / owner along with his crew make this place feel welcoming- definitely did not disappoint, cant wait to try their other dishes !

Eat Street Crossing has some amazing food, but gyaaaat damn is the food here something else. The ramen here is flavorful, creamy, smooth, and dense - it’s genuinely not like any other ramen that you get in MN, it occupies its own domain (expansion?!). Whether you like ramen or not, I think you (yes you the person reading this) owe it to yourself to give it a try.
