⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a fantastic dining experience at Willow & Ivy. We started with the grilled oysters, which were absolutely delicious and set the tone for the evening. For our mains, the ribeye and pasta Bolognese were both outstanding and flavorful, perfectly prepared, and complemented beautifully by the wine pairings. To finish, we had the chocolate dome brownie topped with 14K gold, which was not only visually stunning but also a memorable dessert experience. A special shoutout to Danny, who made our visit exceptional. As our host, he guided us through the menu and helped us confidently choose our dishes. We ended up following all of his recommendations, and every single one was spot on. His knowledge of the menu, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made the experience effortless and enjoyable. Danny truly deserves recognition for elevating our evening and showcasing the very best the restaurant has to offer. Highly recommend Willow & Ivy for anyone looking for great food, excellent wine pairings, and outstanding service. We’ll definitely be back. 🍷✨🍽️

Willow & Ivy is absolutely the best restaurant in Boston right now. From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for an incredible night. The restaurant itself is absolutely gorgeous—the design, the lighting, and the overall ambiance create the perfect atmosphere for a special dinner or a lively night out. We started our evening at the bar, which has an incredibly welcoming scene. The bartenders here are truly first-rate. A huge shoutout to Javier, who took amazing care of us, mixed flawless drinks, and made us feel right at home before we even sat down for dinner. The food was spectacular across the board (the Pineland Farms Burger, Chinatown Dumplings, and Pasta Bolognese were hits), but the absolute star of the show was the mussels. I can honestly say they are the best I’ve ever had and I’ve lived in Gloucester, a true fishing town. They were packed with flavor and cooked to perfection, and with large bellies. We capped it all off with some fantastic desserts—do not skip the Ice Cream Tasting or the Lemon Dessert! Our server, Jamie, was amazing—attentive, knowledgeable, and perfectly paced our entire meal. If you are looking for top-tier food, stellar cocktails, stunning decor, and world-class service, this is it. Without a doubt, Willow & Ivy is the best restaurant in Boston right now. We will be back for sure (actually we’ve already booked another reservation 😜)!

I had another exceptional experience at Willow and Ivy. The quality of the food is excellent, portions are generous, service was attentive and friendly ((thank you Vanessa!) and the setting is beautiful. I loved my delicious pear martini. Out 2 appetizers were both A+, a homemade warm focaccia with prosciutto and hot honey and a beautiful, interesting and delicious farmers salad. The scallops were outstanding, the best I’ve had anywhere in Boston. 5 large scallops, in a light lemongrass broth with delicious shiitake mushrooms, lotus root and bok choy. So good. The shrimp and clams and the burger were also exceptional. Wonderful service through the meal and we loved the blueberry pana cotta dessert, beautifully presented with many different components.

Our waitress was good, very friendly but our glasses were empty a few times, if I’m being honest. The seating is pretty close knit. The food though, wow! Best clam chowder I’ve ever had. The grilled sourdough that came with it, exceptional. I had the burger and fries, not your run of the mill burger or fries! Everything is just as the website states, upscale…just better than you’ve had before today. The real showstopper, dessert. My brother had the Branzino with potatoes and we started with a shared salad with avocado purée, thinly sliced cucumber , fresh avocado, and great greens with a vinaigrette.

We came here for our anniversary and we could not be more impressed. People were very sweet and the food was great!! The best dessert we’ve had in a long time (blueberry panna cotta), they should keep it on the menu! As a recommendation… the aiolis: truffle and the one with caramelized onions) were delicious.
