Blue Fin Sake Bar & Sushi offers an impressive selection of fresh, flavorful sushi and a wide variety of sake to pair with your meal. The fish quality is exceptional, and the creative rolls are expertly prepared and beautifully presented. The service is attentive and knowledgeable, adding to the overall dining experience. However, while the food and drinks are outstanding, I do wish the ambiance were a bit more refined to match the quality of the cuisine. A more inviting or elevated atmosphere would make this place even better. That said, if you're looking for top-tier sushi and sake, Blue Fin is well worth a visit!

First and foremost service was fantastic. Both the servers I dealt with as well as whom I assume was the manager or atleast front of house lead were extremely helpful. Recommendations were spot on and both top notch whiskey as well as a personal fan favorite were reasonably priced. Food was definitely a strong three if not four on quality. Love the flavor just felt a little like everyday good quality sushi. Nothing to necessarily write home about but id definitely return for both the quality of hospitality and taste. Atmosphere could use a little UMPHHH however it was relaxing and not overly loud. The tuna loin looked delicious in the case. Again prices are more than reasonable for good food and great service. Food is really good. Atmosphere is nice for a date night. But the last 2 times we’ve gone the service has been terrible. Came here 2 weeks ago on a Saturday night and had to wait over 15 minutes to get the check and pay. We were gonna order more food but decided against it bc it took so long to get the check. There were 3-4 servers and only 5 tables plus a party in the back room. It seemed like there was only one server waiting on all the tables. I have no idea what the other ones were even doing lol

I really enjoyed eating here. My server was friendly, efficient, and checked on me a reasonable intervals. The food was really good, especially those ninza cakes! $5 drink specials throughout the week as well. I've walked by this place multiple times on my way to Old Town Burrito (another fave of mine), but I'm really glad I stopped in at Blue Fin Sake Bar. I will definitely eat here again the next time I'm in town.

We dined in at Blue Fin Sake Bar & Sushi and had a really good experience overall. The sushi was great—fresh, well prepared, and full of flavor. You can definitely tell care goes into the rolls and presentation. The appetizers were also good and came out quickly, making it a nice start to the meal. Service was solid and friendly, and while the atmosphere wasn’t perfect, it was still comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, a great spot for quality sushi and we would absolutely come back again.
