We only stopped through town for one day and decided to get The Mactory. Great choice! The food was excellent, and the owner, Maria, was so helpful and kind. She gave us a rundown of the whole menu and recommendations. Both of the things we ordered were delicious (Samurai and Godfather) and it made us want to try all of the others as well. We would definitely eat here again if we're back in town.

The Mactory I would recommend for anyone who loves a delicious way to eat your Mac. Amari was such a delightful person to order with and hear about the passion he had for the love of great food. He offered a new menu item that is a chicken parm Mac with fresh made breaded chicken.....absolutely delicious.we also ordered the Birria mac. They have fun colorful decor/murals inside to compliment the food. Can't wait to try what they make next!

Whenever I think of gourmet Mac and cheese, I think of The Mactory. Their cheese sauce, toppings, and flavor never fail to deliver, and the last time I went was no different. My favorite menu item is the "Pig Out"- a Mac with bacon, sausage, ham, cheddar, and BBQ sauce. While the prices have slightly increased over time, a small will still be enough to fill you for only $12. The atmosphere is nice, they have vibrantly colored walls and usually an anime playing on a TV. Overall, this place is a hidden gem in Colorado Springs, and I would recommend it to anyone that likes Mac and cheese. Atmosphere: 7/10 Taste: 10/10 Value: 7/10 Wait time: 7/10 Overall score: 8/10

Phenomenal service with equally amazing food! I asked to add broccoli to my buffalo Mac and it was well seasoned! We enjoyed the food so much that we had to try desert too’

Absolutely loved this little one of a kind restaurant. I tried the birria Mac and cheese and it was so cheesy and decadent and the birria was exactly what I’ve been missing since moving to the springs. My daughter had the make your own kids bowl with sausage and broccoli and it was a finish it to the bottom type of hit. We will definitely be coming back!
