I decided to pop in for lunch after work, and what a good call! The food was great, I got the Jinya Tonkotsu Black and it was delicious! I also got a sake flight and was pleasantly impressed with each one. The matcha tiramisu was great as well. But the atmosphere and service is really what stood out! The staff was friendly and attentive and clearly worked well together. It wasn't very busy when I was there, but everyone was busy and management was going around helping here and there with the little things and complimenting employees. Connor was my bartender and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices weren't bad and I'll definitely be back because there was a lot more on the menu I wanted to try! Awesome spontaneous lunch find!

Came to Jinya on a cool night where we wanted something different but also had a full bar. Jinya did not disappoint! Emily and Jesse were so charismatic and personable even on a Saturday dinner rush! Drinks were excellent. Jesse offered suggestions throughout the ordering process and I can honestly say he lead us in the right direction on each suggestion! I had the spicy vegetarian ramen and my husband had the birria ramen. Both were absolutely amazing. Portions were large and all food arrived just minutes after ordering.

Connor was my server and he is personable and professional! The food was phenomenal! I would like to make a mention about Crystal. She wasn’t my server but witnessed a couple people be horrible to her and she was so professional and still remained composed and kind during the interaction. The staff at this place is superb, from the moment you walk-in to the minute you leave! We will definitely be back!

The restaurant is decorated nicely. The food was delicious. The only thing that wasn't so good was the birria Ramen. It just didn't hit the taste buds right. The crispy chicken thighs were very tasty. I had the spicy chicken Ramen and it was good. I liked the creamy texture of the noodles. The seasoned egg was delicious! I had a j.girl which was a mocktail. I just stopped drinking and that drink was a wonderful alternative. The service was amazing Charisma was very good at explaining the menu and took good care of us. We were visiting from the Dallas, TX area and I can't wait to go to their Plano location.

Awesome moody atmosphere that feels edgy and modern. It took awhile to get a seat but we didnt mind waiting by the outdoor fireplaces. The food was amazing! Honestly the best ramen eggs we've ever had - perfect jammy and not too salty. The sauces on the table let you customize the spice level and flavor if you really want to. Loved the matcha tiramisu! Riley was amazing and joked around with us. He also said to really dig into the tiramisu so you get a little of everything and not just the matcha cream on top. Such a great experience and the price is just right!
