Just had one of the best Mexican dining experiences in San Jose at Tostadas, and I can't stop raving about it! The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, made in house and packed with that authentic taste that hits every time. From the perfectly crispy tostadas to the tender birra and vibrant sides, every bite was a delight. The salsas stole the show with their variety and bold profiles—ranging from bright and zesty to deep and smoky. Each one complemented the dishes perfectly and had me going back for more. The other house-made options were addictive from the first bite. Special shoutout to Benjamin (Benji) for the incredible service! He was attentive, personable, and made our visit feel extra special—anticipating needs without us even asking, with genuine warmth and great recommendations. True 5-star hospitality that elevated the whole meal that won't break your wallet. If you're in downtown San Jose, do yourself a favor and check this place out. Tostadas is now one of my go-to spots. Highly recommend!

I got the chilaquiles with steak and a churro waffle for dessert. I decided to come here on a whim after dropping off film next door, and I was so impressed! The food was delicious, the service was great. The churro waffle was one of the best waffles I've had, and I wish I had a second stomach to try all the rest of the sweet breakfast options!

Will definitely be coming back, amazing food, service, and atmosphere. The waiter was extremely friendly and I wish I would have gotten his name. Hopefully next time I will see him, that way I can update my review.

We went here to try something new but were kind of disappointed on the food. First thing is, they do not sell tacos individually, we had to order 2 orders of tacos (3) which is $17 each and came out to a total of $45. Very pricey for some tacos. The tacos themselves were not good, the meat was mostly fat and you couldn't chew it all the way through. The tacos themselves did not have much flavor, and its not authentic Mexican. Overall we did not have a great experience with the food, the service was great, but the food was disappointing. Some people may like this kind of food, but for us, it was not what we usually expect for a Mexican restaurant.

All food great, delicious and fresh, wonderful service, but in my last visit they served a beer in a little dirty cup, it was still having some chilli powder from the previous usage, out of that all is excelente, highly recommended
