The menu was very easy to understand, which made ordering simple. I liked that you can choose your own sides to customize your meal. Ordering is done through a self-service machine, which was quick and convenient. I ordered the steak set. The clam chowder was a bit on the salty side for my taste. I also noticed some desserts like carrot cake displayed near the register, and they looked really tempting.

The food came out fast. Lots of good and healthy choices. I got the braised beef and mashed potatoes. My husband got the grass fed steak. We also added a side of garlic shrimp. Our baby loved the food too! I love their dragon fruit drink and also their big chocolate chip cookies. Santiago in the front was very nice.

I want to give a big shout out to my server Santiago Hernandez, I was there yesterday and Santiago was a great server! He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The service was quick and smooth. Really appreciate his positive attitude thank you, Santiago!

We had an amazing experience from start to finish! The service was outstanding, and the food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Everything exceeded our expectations. Danny truly made our visit exceptional. He was incredibly informative, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His friendly attitude and knowledge made us feel welcomed and confident in our choices. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to others!

Hidden gem! Urban plates is serving up some really phenomenal whole food! It was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. I had the blackened salmon with basmati rice and brocolini, my partner had the same but with fries. The salmon was soooo flavorful and cooked perfectly. Whatever you do, you HAVE to get the lemon hollandaise sauce on the side! I can't wait to go back and try other menu items as everything looks delightful!
