The Light Rail Station is right in front of the shop. We had to pickup a snack! The order taking is a self-service POS terminal, but we did have a question and there was a super helpful Counter Attendant who helped us out The Original Chicken Sandwich was the order, but how hot is HOT we wondered aloud. The Counter Person quickly suggested to start with MILD. Even though we're spicy food lovers, they were absolutely spot on with that recommendation. This Chicken Sandwich is delicious. The crispy breading, the creamy slaw and perfect glossy bun. It all came together, and we loved it!

Just stopped in for a quick bite, amazing customer service everyone was very nice! Food was hot and the chicken had good flavor the fries are crispy, Mac n cheese was a little sweet for me but good def worth a try! Overall would come back not like all the other chicken spots for sure.

We stopped in for a quick meal before the Suns game right around the block. This was the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. Hands down! The price was not an issue. The craft sodas were really good too! The staff was so kind, and that's the real reason why I'm writing the review. You can tell they have passion in their food and the community.

Tried Monroe’s Hot Chicken and it didn’t land. The chicken came out overly greasy, to the point where it soaked into everything, and it was literally dripped right on top of the fries—so by the time I got to them, they were soggy and coated in oil.

Got my chicken with no heat; still a decent flavor. Fried pickles were good as well!
