3 out of 5 stars. I ordered the Chop House Burger and left honestly unimpressed considering the ratings and recommendations. The burger itself was okay to good, cooked properly to medium, and the bread, sauces, and condiments were all solid. However, the actual beef flavor barely stood out. The meat-to-bun and condiment ratio felt off, and most bites tasted more like bread and toppings than the burger itself. When you order a burger, the beef should be the star of the meal; and here it just wasn’t memorable. The truffle fries were also overpriced for what they were. The truffle flavor was extremely subtle and didn’t really stand out at all. I’m not comparing this place to fine dining or expecting perfection. I just expected a burger that justified the price and the reputation. Overall, it felt more style-over-substance than a truly standout burger experience. Service and atmosphere were fine, but the food itself didn’t live up to expectations for me.

My family stopped in after attending the Martin Luther King Jr. parade in down town Fort Worth. We each enjoyed a delicious burger. I had some sweet potato fries that were also great. It took our food a little bit longer than usual to get to our table, and there was a slight problem with the bathroom. Overall it was a great experience, and we will return when we are in the area.

🍔Wow this really is a gem! The guy working was lovely and the food was well priced and delicious; also creative, these burgers were thought out! Strongly recommend and I'm definitely returning when I come back to Fort Worth! ✨🫰

We have been here several times in the past with no issues; however, our last two visits have been very disappointing. Customer service has significantly declined. The woman working the front counter does not greet customers, does not smile, and is not professional. On a previous visit, we were told the wait would be 20 minutes, but it ended up being over an hour. Today, we waited 30 minutes for our food, and when we returned to our office, the chicken sandwiches were overcooked and the fries were cold. The cook in. The back was very polite and showed care for his customers. Additionally, her rude and disrespectful tone toward the kitchen staff was uncomfortable to witness. I am not sure if she is management, but her lack of people skills should not be customer-facing. Very unfortunate, as we used to enjoy coming here.

The staff was super friendly, but the chicken was extremely dry and the burger was flavorless. The sweet potato fries were very good! The prices are fair for the area, but there are too many amazing restaurants downtown for us to be back! The food took about 25 minutes in an empty restaurant, which is to be expected when food is made to order, but don't expect it to be quicker service than other restaurants in the area just because it's burgers (the wait time was accurate on the online ordering portal)! Overall, we were satisfied with the service, but disappointed with the food
