Johnny’s chicken and waffle in Dallas it was very pleasant going in the hostess was very nice. She seated us inside at first. I wanted to sit outside so we moved to the patio area. There was R&B music playing, which was enjoyable. We looked at the menus. they have a full menu. They have drinks got our food beautiful presentation. Everything looks wonderful the waffle 10 out of 10. The chicken I have to give it a three out of 10 it was not fully cooked all the way through and I really couldn’t eat it all. It was not easy to pull apart. The flavor was there though from what I did taste the scrambled eggs were good. The potatoes were 10 out of 10 the grits were a little undercooked and runny in the fish I heard was dry. The waitress did not really cater to us like I thought she should have because we ordered a Heineken that we never ever get, but we paid for it. Also with this restaurant being an upscale breakfast restaurant I think they should have real silverware and that serve you plasticware with a salt and pepper packet in it. They didn’t even have salt and pepper shakers they should get some well. This was my experience at Johnny’s and this is my review of Johnny’s if you go to Johnny’s, ask him to cook your chicken just a little bit longer and remind the waitress to bring you everything that you’re ordering thank you.

My Wife and I were celebrating our 11th. Anniversary and this location was conveniently right across from our hotel. We decided to stop by and were extremely impressed. From the moment we walked into the establishment we were greeted politely and seated promptly. Then our server Donyea took Amazing care of us. The food was hot, delicious, and priced right! This is definitely a place to visit whenever in the area.

Food was not that good the Waffles where more water than mix the chicken was small and fried too hard. We received cold Waffle fries. The service was really good. They were very attentive and understanding. The ambiance was great and karaoke Friday was crazy good the dj was amazing. Would visit again but would not eat here again.

Every chance I get I'm here eating catfish and grits (with extra sauce!) It’s been delicious for years ever since I first had it! I’ve come for lunch and to unwind for dinner! Natalie is a great server and the ambiance is LIT... I mean don't Be surprised if you come here and can't hear your party across the table because the music is so loud. The drinks are incredibly strong too!

Came to Johnny's Chicken & Waffle to celebrate my Business Bestie! She rated her food a solid 9. Ate all her food and left no crumbs! Okkkaaay. I give it a 7.5-8. The kale greens were a hard no. The eggs were a lil greasy. The fried chicken tho will have me coming back. I got some drink called the whiskey something. Yep, it'll have you on your back. Worth every cent I paid for it. Celeste the server did her thing and made sure that we were good. I'll be back. There's other items on the menu I wanna try.
