Elizabeth Ochoa 4 months agoFirst follow me on TikTok: elizabax8 I did a food review TWICE on this place, that’s how much I love it. You have to try the Jalapeño Chicken Eggrolls & Untitled Steak Skewers. The mushroom appetizer & cucumber salad are worth a one time try. I get the Traditional Noods with everything (sesame, fried garlic & bok choy) + add steak and extra spice. You HAVE to try the Tiramisu Cheesecake. Anthony & Alex have provided the BEST service. They were both so attentive & kind. The food is exceptional, the environment is chill & clean. My favorite spot hands down.
Aura Sweet a month agoThis was our first time dining in and it was great! JP really took care of us and was very patient and kind! He gave us some really great recommendations on the menu, we tried the traditional noodles & spicy peanut and it was so delicious! I also got an Espresso martini and it was also really good and strong! There are only two kid options, however they were very delicious! Everything was so flavorful! We definitely will be back for more food & drinks! Just to add, if you have more then 6 people in your party, their is an automatic gratuity added to your check! But we had no problem with that!
Joann Thomas Cherian 3 months agoBrick and mortar location for a food truck. It’s in a super busy area and they don’t have a specific parking lot, so be sure to go early to look for street parking. They’re really known for their hand pulled noodles which were good, but I personally preferred the appetizers over the noodles. The eggrolls were my favorite, followed by the fried chicken, and tofu.
Athulya Martin 4 months agoI recently visited Big Biang and had a great experience. The hand-pulled noodles were fresh, chewy, and full of flavor, and the portions were very satisfying. I especially loved how authentic the spices tasted it really felt like comfort food done right. The staff were friendly and service was quick, even during busy hours. The atmosphere is simple but cozy, making it a nice spot for a casual meal with friends or after a long day. If you enjoy bold flavors and noodle dishes, this place is definitely worth trying. I’ll be coming back to explore more of the menu!
Katherine M 5 months agoI checked out Big Biang recently, and while it hits the mark on vibes and noodle quality, it might not be the "everyone pleaser" you’re looking for. Here is the breakdown of my experience: The Atmosphere & Service The location is undeniably trendy and has a great energy. They offer outdoor seating, which is a huge plus if the weather is nice. A major shoutout to the staff—they were incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure we were taken care of despite the busy crowd. Pro Tip: Parking is a challenge here. Give yourself an extra 10–15 minutes just to find a spot, or consider ride-sharing. Nearby paid parking is available. The Food The stars of the show are definitely the noodles. They were perfectly cooked with a fantastic, chewy texture—exactly what you want from a hand-pulled noodle spot. However, the menu is quite small. This is the biggest drawback if you’re coming with a group. If everyone in your party isn’t explicitly craving noodles, they are going to feel very limited. There simply isn’t much variety for those looking for something different. We were glad to see tofu options on the menu! Final Verdict I probably won't make a return visit myself just because of the limited options, but if you are strictly in the mood for noodles, I’d recommend giving them a try. Just make sure your whole party is on the same page before you fight for a parking spot!
