My sandwich was nothing like the image on the menu. I mean I know they are not 1:1 but dang this one is bad. It was a group order that was brought to an event I was working so no way to go back and get it fixed. I mean come on. One little sad lonely pepper.

What induces someone to give a four to a Pickleman's? How about putting carrots and celery on the hog pizza? That might do it. Also swapping a turkey sandwich for a ham. Food was still good, just not what we ordered.

The team at this store is so friendly and really wants you to enjoy your meal. They are busy everyday, but still are take their time with each guest. The food is amazing. Catering is super easy to order here with many different options to fit every need.

I made an order to be delivered to my job, but it NEVER came. After I place the order I called the store to make sure the delivery driver called me so there would be no problems getting it. Antwain made sure all of that was noted including exactly how i needed this order made. I was outside waiting and then called the store to see if the driver even picked it up yet. Antwain said they picked it up about 10-15 minutes ago. With It showing delivered on my app I checked different entrances of my job, there was no where to be found, the driver NEVER called me. I had no way to get it before they closed even if they remade the order for me. I was frustrated because this order was $46. I put a $10 tip on this order because I really wanted my food. I don't normally do food deliveries at all but being pregnant and REALLY HUNGRY I thought I try it out. I called the store back and Antwain answered again. I was telling him my situation and was trying to see if anything could be done because I didn't have any delivery driver info since they never contacted me through Uber eats. I couldn't even complain to Uber eats because I didn't have an account with them. Antwain said I would have to wait until the GM comes in tomorrow where they could issue a refund since after orders show delivered they are out of the system. I was being understanding but boy was I HUNGRY I let him know I guess i will just sit here pregnant & hungry today. He said to call back in 30 minutes. Antwain got the order resent out to me!!! I couldn't even believe it I was about to be in tears!!! He made SURE to let the new driver know this is the 2nd time we are trying this & to please call the customer. He also called me once it was picked up to let me know it was on the way. All of this he got done before they closed! The new driver was Autumn was AMAZING too she CALLED me & let me know she heard the story & was just happy for me to get the order. She even stayed on the phone with me until she found exactly where to drop it off. ANTWAIN IS MVP!!! I couldn't believe I got to eat real food that night instead of eating out the vending machine! 100% Recommend this Pickleman's & Antwain THANKS AGAIN!!!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This place is very good. Nice counter serve sandwich joint. Tasty sandwiches and chips and soup and frooty tooty drinks. If you’re a sandwich guy I recommend stopping by. Their Italian club completely cured my hangover. As well as the broccoli cheddar soup. The only thing that could make this better is if they gave out free pickle spears with purchase of sandwich. But hey at least they gave me a lil piece of bread to dip in my soup. Can’t say I’ve had a restaurant do that. The lemonade style drinks are excellent too.
