My first time here. Was not a warm welcome. First, I wanted to try the crabcake - when in Baltimore especially (and in Maryland, for that matter). I asked if there were fillers in the crabcake. His reply was "Fillers? I don't know. Probably." So strike out trying crabcakes. I asked about a roast beef sub and wanted both sweet & hot peppers on it. He had no idea what I was asking for. For whatever reason, he didn't understand. If you make subs this is an easy thing, it shouldn't have been complicated. I tried 3x to get him to understand. I said ya know what nevermind that, I will get something else. Saw a slice of pepperoni served up meanwhile, always am up to try a good pizza slice. I said give me a slice of pepperoni and a can of soda. Wished it had been a little bit hotter so that the pepperoni listened, but oh well. Nice price point for a slice of pizza and a can of soda. He wanted to rush me through the pay screen and I was the only one at the counter. Bathrooms looked horrible. Good thing I didn't need to use one. Very disappointed.

Fast, friendly service and the gyros are absolutely delicious and filling. It was so good I forgot to take a picture of the food 😅 have this picture of the wall art instead

Just left never on Sunday got home did not have my fries. When called and asked for a refund of the fries I was told I was a lier. My total order was $40. When asked why would I lie about the smallest part of my order the response was I do t know why you lie.

10/16/24 - Their pizza is mediocre at best. The dough and sauce are bland. The entire slice all had the same taste. I got what I paid for $3.45. I also had their cream of FAKE crab meat soup. It wasn't the absolute worst I've eaten, but it sure wasn't okay. The fake crab meat was chunky and mushy. If it had been made with real crab meat, it would have been so much better. 3/26/25 - Lemon Pepper Wings - clean taste, fried well, plump drums Fries weren't very good. The location was clean on both occasions. Customer service was also good on both visits.

Menu selection is great. Food seems good. Staff are hit and miss. There are two females that are there frequently working. Both are as friendly as a corpse. They don't smile, don't greet you, nor do they act like they're wanting to be there. There is a male who is often at the register when they aren't. While he's not excessively friendly or welcoming, he is by far better than the two miserable looking females. Exceptional or quality customer service is not an emphasis or focus. The larger concern is their poor adherence to proper food handling standards. Very infrequently do I see staff wear head covering or hair nets in food prepararton areas or while preparing food. Very concerning. I've yet to have ever seen gloves worn to handle sandwich preparation and any other foods. Persons in the food area preparing customers food adjust food in containers without regard for touching peoples food directly or for food handling expectstions using gloves. I go there to order for other people, but I would not order for myself due to real fears of potential exposure to foodborne illness. Plus, why bring my business to an unfriendly staff who doesn't show they appreciate you or your business. It's a nice menu, but it's definitely an establishment playing foodborne illnesses roulette with your health by ordering food from them. I'm surprised they've not been fined or cited for their carelessness. Enjoy and good luck!!
