This place is my secret spot in Sacramento for work lunch. I can't recommend all the food enough!! Ben's fast food was my first try and it was amazing. I have also lost weight eating the healthy bowls for lunch instead of other places. I love Palmita and Eds Neopolitan. Do yourself a favor and check these guys out!!

Once we figured out the kiosk & what it was all about, it's a great concept.And the pizza was wonderful. Even a geriatric can figure out how to get a Fenway pizza for my neighbor!

Love all the new restaurants that are opening up! Great option for lunch and to try new foods. They have a good variety of foods including Italian, Liberian, Caribbean, Soulfood, Mexican food and so much more! A foodie’s dream 😍

Fantastic food! There is no dining room, take out only. But that means good portions from amazing chefs at incredible prices. Ordering is easy, use your phone or one of the kiosks in the lobby. Staff are engaged, helpful, and seem excited to be part of a good food revolution! We ordered from 3 of the many chefs available and we were all impressed. I am veg and was impressed by the options available to me. I finally settled on a potato chickpea bowl from Ben's Fast Food, I was certainly not disappointed. It was amazing, and the leftovers were just as delicious, next day. Others choose Italian Brothers pasta and were equally impressed. We love, love, love Sac town Eats!

We went to visit flavorz! Food was fire🔥 I ordered salmon bites with yams and cabbage, hubby got oxtails and Cajun Mac , daughter bought Cajun crab , so good, all of it!
