One early evening, I had some business to take care so I had to drive down to Santa Ana area. On that day, I was extremely tired and sleepy. Therefore I was falling asleep while I was driving to the freeway. Then I decided to pull it over ar the Long Beach and I visited the Crimson Reward Restaurant. I had the great experiences at their restaurant. They had a big parking lot and finding a parking space was easy. The was very cleaned , organized and maintained well. They specialized on Nashville style- fried chicken. The chicken was fried, but it was tender, jucy and delicious. They gave a big box of French Fries which were delicious. And their special sauce was tasty and it came with the French fries. I loved their special sauce! 🥰 All the employees were friendly, helpful and attentive. They had the best customer services.i The "Crimson Coward Restaurant" offered the best flavored fried chicken in Long Beach. I would like to recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Late post: The best customer service from a very sweet an girl powered young lady. Extremely accomadating friendly and genuine. My son picked this place due to the reviews, whom was visiting from way out of town and treated his sissy n I to eat. We all loved the food, the hospitality and the service. Wait the young lady made us feel like we were the only ones there, thats excellent service, as soon as we sat down, boom it got busy, yet she was handling everything and took great care of us. This is a must to add to your foodie bucket list.

Been twice so far... AWESOME. Juicy hand breaded fried chicken when you order! Everything so fresh & hot! I liked the chicken better than C**e's... it's tender & not oily. Slaw fresh & crunchy. Waffle was fluffy & not soggy like other places. All made in view! Very helpful & friendly staff!

Great customer service! A young lady helped us during our first visit, and she was very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. The food was great quality and super delicious. We’ll definitely be back! 😋✨

Service was great considering it was only one dude while the other was on break. Couldn't catch his name, but the one working was hustling and efficient. Ordered a chicken sandwich (medium heat) meal with fries and drink. A little pricey, I believe ≈$20+. The meal itself was pretty good with nice heat, a little hot with a mild linger. Chicken was crispy as were the fries. Only gripe was the seasoning was a little salty; prominent on both the chicken and fries, although only in the more heavily seasoned areas. Again spice I feel was spot, just gets salty at times. If come back to try other options including their "Snash burger". Pleasant experience overall.
